Notes
Hexagon Hall was the home of Confederate Colonel John M.C. Reed (1825-1880) who built the house after his home was burned during the Civil War. His Son-in-law, Samuel B. Turman (1866-1922), who was an Atlanta realtor, later remodeled the house. It was located on McDonough Road, at the intersections with Jonesborough Road and Lakewood Avenue.
