Dr. Vivian W. Henderson (1923-1976) served as the president of Clark College, one of the six units of the Atlanta University Center, from 1965 until his death in 1976. Henderson was also a nationally known economist who conducted pioneer studies of the black labor market and potential buying power of the black community.
