Sarah Slaughter photographs, circa 1910-1920 (VIS 157)

This collection includes photographs of Atlanta during the early twentieth century. Included are photographs of Grant Park, an aerial view of Peachtree Street and Broad Street circa 1910, and the interior of an Atlanta home decorated for a party. Photographs of Grant Park were taken after a snow storm and they include images of Augusta Avenue, the boat dock and boat house, cannons, a driveway, the lion statue at the entrance to the park, and children posed for a picture.

The Sarah Slaughter photograph collection contains 11 black and white photographic prints, all of which are digitized and available on this database.
